Trade Show Booth Design — Big Ideas for Bigger Spaces

Because sometimes making an impression means thinking a little bigger.

Designing for a trade show is a completely different experience from designing for a screen or a printed page. Everything is bigger, the environment is busier, and you’ve only got a few seconds to catch someone’s attention before they walk right past.

I’ve worked on trade show booth designs that bring together branding, environmental graphics, signage, large-format printing, digital displays, and 3D visualization to create engaging experiences on the show floor.

From developing initial concepts and visual directions to designing booth graphics, backdrops, banners, displays, and supporting materials, I enjoy figuring out how all the pieces come together to create a cohesive space.

Trade show design also requires thinking beyond the visuals. There’s scale, visibility, materials, production requirements, and the challenge of making everything work together in a real-world environment. A design might look great on a monitor, but it also needs to work when it’s printed ten feet tall and surrounded by hundreds of competing displays.

My background in graphic design, branding, print production, motion graphics, and 3D visualization helps me approach these projects from multiple angles.

What I enjoy most is taking an idea that starts on a computer screen and imagining how it will translate into something people can walk up to, explore, and experience.
